You can apply for refund within the 7 days of your payment. But to qualify for refund you must have following condition fulfilled

• You can apply for refund within 7 days of you payment.
  
• All your invoices must be cleared (Paid).
  
• Any of your service must not be suspended due to any reason.
  
• Any violation of the TOS ll disqualify you from any refund request.
• There ll be no refunds for domain registration service.
